By downloading, installing, or using Weave ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Weave grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
This App is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail.
Weave offers optional in-app purchases including "Weave Pro". All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
Weave integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, patterns, sounds, and code, is the property of Kirwana and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Pattern designs you create in Freestyle mode are yours.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kirwana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
